Arrived for a fingerprint appointment ahead of time. They told me to come back 40 minutes later so that the person of the aftetnoon shift can do it. The guy at the time who could do it didn't want to. Came back 45 minutes after and they told me to come back in 30 minutes. The lady apologized for the inconvenience because the afterrnoon shift employee was late. Saw the gentleman who was qualified to take my fingerprints and he said he was busy. 2 minutes after he went outside to smoke...and said hed be back in 2 minutes. Guy never came back.... Aside from the young lady who apologized, their other employees could use a course on getting to work on time + customer service + no procrastination in the workplace. Ms Velazquez arrived around 12:45 and was very polite. Her customer service skills were great.

Highway Robbery!!! Don't go here! They wanted to charge me $27.95 to mail a medium size flat rate priority mail box. The post office charges $13.60! I mailed a large flat rate envelope from there last week because I was in a pinch and needed to get it out quick and wasn't by the post office, they charged me $14.99. I found out later that it would have only been $6.65 at the post office!

Also, a private mailbox is a great way to keep your business customers and communications away from your home, providing safety for your family as well.
