Front desk employee asked me loudly at the top of his lungs if I WAS SHIPPING ROTTEN STUFF.. Right in front of other customers. I ship fishing equipment, not “rotten stuff.” The manager was right there and she didn’t say anything about it. Extremely unprofessional to say the least. Absolutely embarrassing and insulting to my business. Never setting foot in this unprofessional establishment ever again. I don’t usually leave bad reviews unless warranted, but this was disgusting behavior.

Dont go here for notary services. These people presume to tell you what is appropriate to notarize and what is not. We had an important document required by the county and they wouldn't help. Go anywhere else for notary services.

They are so nice and reliable at this location and I just wanted to give a shoutout to a great local business!

I attempted to return a book to my university. The package had postage paid, the address and BARCODE for tracking affixed. I assumed I could just drop it off and my children and I would go on with our day. Rather, I was turned away and directed to the Post Office as they could not scan (or attempt to...) the label as it looks different than the lables they have. I went to the PO, stood in a long line and explained what the boy said at the annex. The manager there apologized that my time was wasted and said it should have been no problem. I called the annex back to advise the of the error and was smugly told that they don' t scan QR codes.Well...I had a BAR code and do not appreciate my time being wasted. We are new to this area and this annex is close to home, but I don't mind driving further to go elsewhere to experience professionalism and decency.
