Lab is terrible. Unorganized. Had an appt for 9 am for urinalysis that I scheduled using the automated telephone service because website was down. Returned hours later, staff was rude. Phlebotomist that helped me was named Juanna. She stood at the door and listened while I was in the bathroom for a simple pre employment drug screen, treated me like an inmate the entire time.

Does anyone know what government agency regulates and /or oversees the operation of this clowns here? They do not have anyone on the for front desk, they don’t have anyone who answers phone calls, the automated service does not work at all and does not give you an option to speak to a real person. I wonder the first thing they would say is that they are understaffed, but they are still charging insurances even with the bad service they are providing. There must a way for this to be addressed or perhaps to write a formal complaint even get our congress representative involved. Does anyone note that there is not even a single response to the reviews. They don’t care but still making lots of money of the insurances.

Update: came back 2 days later and its crazy, I had an appointment and its waaaay past my time and I'm still not in. This is not acceptable, noone has time to waste standing in this office, cuz there are only 3 chairs and at least 10-15 people. Crazy Really good location for quest diagnostics. Very clean and more appointments open than other locations. 2 check in pads and bigger lobby. I think I might be using this location from now on .
