I had a water emergency in my kitchen and Alberto Quintero at Puroclean helped me from the very beginning with how to tackle the issue. He was insanely responsive and professional as well as his team who did the actual work to restore my kitchen. Very Happy!

We had a really bad leak coming from a broken pipe in the attic. We called our home owners insurance and was set up with PuroClean. They came into our home and explained to us what they were doing, why they were doing it, and kept us posted about the duration of each step. They cleaned up after they removed the drywall and carpet. We were put into a hotel while we were in the drying out phase. I wanted nothing more than to come home soon; Tony and Jesse worked magic and were efficient to ensure that the walls and floors were dry and we could come back home. They were communicative and would return to check on the progress of drying out and explained how long it could take. The follow up and care they put into the work they were doing put me at ease to know that my home was in good hands. I appreciated all of the care and hard work they put into this project. I would highly recommend them!!

To remove soot and smoke from walls, furniture and floors, use a mild soap or detergent or mix together 4 to 6 tbsp. tri-sodium phosphate and 1 cup household cleaner or chlorine bleach to every gallon of warm water. Wear rubber gloves. Be sure to rinse surfaces with clear warm water and dry thoroughly
The first thing professionals do is remove damaged materials that will either be restored or discarded. Materials include baseboards, insulation, furniture, carpeting, upholstery, carpet padding, fragile woods, drywall, and more. After the damaged items are removed, the technicians begin drying out the water and disinfecting the areas. Specialized tools like air movers and dehumidifiers are typically involved in the drying process. Professionals will also handle mold damage in the restoration process. Mold-infected surfaces will be disinfected and restored as quickly as possible to prevent it from spreading.
