We moved from Grandview Manor down in Provo, old, but we lived there for 8 years and had no big issues. 1. Midtown 360 from the outside, the apartment complex looks amazing, modern, and beautiful until you actually live there and experience the inside. We've only lived here for 1.5 years and we've already had multiple issues, which is really unbelievable after living 8 years in the most oldest apartment complex compare to "LUXURIOUS" Midtown 360. Living up in the 6th floor, not only get the best view of the city, you also get the best views of animal pee by the elevator, I'd say, every other day. Whenever we bring this to the office attention, they only give you "it is the owner's responsibility to clean up after themselves, if they get caught, they will be fined but for now, our janitor will clean up! :)" Yes, while it is the owner's responsibility, wouldn't this ALSO be the office's responsibility to ACTUALLY TRY to put up some posts in every building and floor as a reminder to clean up after themselves? It is tiring to take picture after picture to email of the same complaints. If you can send out emails about how luxurious Midtown 360 is, how about actually show it and to HELP to reduce the amount of these incidents? 2. We now have a new apartment complex being built, not only we are getting more residents, we're getting more hot water issues. 3. We get very limited residential parking but a whole lot of retail parking, and if anyone parks there, we get towed, so nice. Honestly, a good owner of apartment complex would use their head to build more parking spaces than building more buildings to fit MORE people. You can try and work with the city of Orem to buy the land across the street so you can build more parking spaces, for now, it is ridiculous. 4. Office ladies are useless, you might as well use the workers that actually works around the building for the front office. Those ladies will argue with you with nasty attitudes.

Had an amazing View, the apartment is Modern and spacious. The Underground Parking is a bit scary. More than a few restaurants around that you can walk too. Target is .01 mile away.

Love living here! My apartment is so nice and upscale. Clubhouse is a great amenity! Conveniently close to everything! Management is great, and truly care about this place. They are quick to respond to issues and solving them. Great choice to choose when looking for a place to live!

Nice place but they will screw you over when you are wanting to move out. I had so many people wanting to apply for my apartment and when they would call the office the ladies in the office would tell them it is unavailable and rented already so they couldn't even apply! Then my bill at the end shows I owed another month's worth of rent because someone just backed out and yet they told all those people that it wasn't available when it was and could have been sold already. Would NOT recommend living here.

I can answer this. I lived in the apartment directly above the weight room, and mine was not the only apartment right above it. I would be awakened at all hours of the morning along with my neighbor but very loud music, dropping of weights and general clanging. My bedroom floor did nothing to block the sound. It wasn't just to annoy you or to save money, I know several of us that lived above it were either kept awake late at night by it or woke up several hours before work by it.
Yes, in the pool area
The Clubhouse is a few hundred to rent. When doing this, double check that they wrote down your name and that you HAVE paid (when you pay). It isnt reserved until you pay, no matter what they say to you. Even then, make sure to call a day or two ahead of time to confirm. This room isn't used too often so sometimes people don't reserve it when they have a huge event and I have had to tell people that I have it reserved and kick them out, which is never fun. If you don't reserve it, be prepared to share it with others.
I'm pretty sure they dont allow new tenants with pets.
Bedrock security
There is no public printer, but the office is more than happy to print anything for you.
From lis 1460 dollars with everything included except electricity and that depends on personal use, standing a 2 bedroom apartment one large (mut large) and 1 normal, plus 2 large bathrooms and 1 of visits !!!
