First off our leasing agent Vynessa is literally the best I could go on and on about how great she is. She helped me and my family get out of our hotel and in to the apartments within 2 days! The leasing process was very quick and smooth! The price point in my opinion is the best out there especially for a 3 bedroom. They are beautiful apartments, the neighbors are so kind. The maintenance guys are super quick to get any maintenance issues resolved and super kind guys as well. All and all I have nothing but good things to say about Mill Point it's been the best apartments we've lived at so far! 👌

We had a fairly uneventful tenancy at Mill Point apartments. We had kind, mostly quiet neighbors and never needed any maintenance done. However, it was very apparent that construction of the newer buildings were done subparly. This included showers/tubs not being caulked correctly and walls not being painted. We know this because my husband works in managing properties and facilities and has done construction in the past. There were also several times that our apartment was entered to do maintenance work and fire alarm checks, which I understand are necessary, but I had a newborn infant at the time and would have liked more notice than a few days that both I and my baby needed to be out of the apartment for these things to be done. All these things considered, I was mostly unbothered and didn't really mind in the scheme of everything. I have a few complaints, however. One- that the parking was terrible. We opted to purchase and 'rent' a covered space. We did not receive access to said space until two and a half months after we moved in, and the space was two buildings away. If you came home after 7 PM, which I often did, there was little to no chance of finding parking near your building. I understand it was first come, first serve parking, but that was extremely frustrating to come home to (especially when pregnant). Two- our move out disposition was inaccurate. Management claimed to have issued us more keys and parking passes than we had received and then charged us for what we did not return. When I asked for proof of the extra key and parking pass, I was sent a copy of my move-in checklist sheet that I had signed (along with my husband) with the amount of keys/passes that management claimed we had been issued written under our signatures. This was not on the original sheet, nor was it on a copy of the original that we were given 2 weeks prior to move out when we requested one. I wish I knew where I placed the copy so I could prove that we aren't liable for the additional pass/key. Management agreed to only charge us half of that charge, but I wish I didn't have to pay any of that charge. Anyways. Like all landlords and property management companies, they are after every last dollar. Weigh that when considering living here. Again, it had quite a few positives, just keep original copies of everything that you sign.

Adrian and Gerardo were super helpful when I lived here. They always came to assist me when I called for maintenance. They were fast food at what they did. Sami was always super nice and sweet and made sure to make my time at Mill Point was comfortable.

Very beautiful apartments! I love the open floorplan& high ceilings. The people at the front desk are very friendly & helpful! I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!! For some reason it won't let me submit another review, so I'll just add it here. Kyle has been so helpful! Anytime I put a service request in he's there within 12hours to help fix the problem. Luckily it's just been small, random things. It makes a big difference though to have it fixed quickly & they certainly do that here at Mill point!!
