I’m writing this as I’m laying in bed on a MONDAY night at 10:30pm. I have to wake up at 5am for work and I can’t sleep. I haven’t been able to ever since I moved here in April. The noise is just outrageous. It’s one thing if it’s a weekend. But Monday through Friday, constant loud music and screaming off of balconies from parties. Unfortunately I live right next door to basically a frat house who has girls screaming off the balcony til 2-3 am every night. I can also hear the speakers at the pool currently and tons of loud yelling. I know where I live, it’s basically a college campus but it’s really hard to feel comfortable in your home that your paying almost $800 a month for a room. It’s ridiculous and I can’t wait to move out. Do NOT move here if you have a job or even school.

I lived here for 4 months and was never late for any payments. Once I moved out and deep cleaned my room, bathroom, and living areas, was told that my areas weren’t clean and that I won’t be receiving my security deposit back. When I tried contacting them about the problem, they told me that I wouldn’t be receiving it and that I also owe them over $100 for cleaning that I had done.
