Ordered from GrubHub for pickup. When I got there, order said it was ready on the app, but it wasn't ready, the worker was barely pulling it up. I had ordered a side of okra, side of jalepeno poppers and an 18 piece meal that came with 3 sides and biscuits, sides chosen were, corn on the cob (4) and Mac and cheese. He then informed me they were out of the corn on the cob, so I could choose 2 different sides to make up for the 4 ears of corn I ordered, I chose jalepeno poppers and french fries. They bagged my order while I waited and I left with it. When I got home, I had 18 pieces of chicken, 8 jalepeno poppers, about 10 french fries, and a packet of okra. I was missing my biscuits and Mac and cheese. I get it, they were not busy, it was a larger order and they were out of part of it, but come on. He moved biscuits around on a pan and stirred the Mac and cheese while he was bagging my order, he just didn't bag any for my order. The food we did receive wasn't even good, the chicken was dry and tasted burned, everything else was just greasy. Thankfully, I ordered thru GrubHub and they reimbursed me already for my missing items. It had been a while since we had been to Church's and it will definitely be a while before we go again.

Unacceptable. My order was incomplete!!!! I ordered about $100 worth of food for a small get together. I did my wait so my order would be correct. In the middle of my get together ( 1 hour after order was placed aprx.), I notice stuff was missing from my order! I tried to call several times but they don't answer. I will be going back tomorrow to get a refund for the items I didnt recieve. My order was 3 family meals for around $25 (12 legs/thighs) and each meal had 2 sides of mashed potatoes (gravy on the side) with 6 piece of the bread. I also ordered the jalapeño poppers (12 total) Items missing: 6 pieces of bread and total 6 pieces of chicken. Side note: the restaurant was not busy when I went and I was prepared to wait about 20-30min while my order was prepared. I only waited 10min but my order was incomplete. If manager at location cannot give me refund 8/22/21 I will call corporate.

Disappointed, I wanted the two piece mixed combo. They only had thighs and legs. I didn't want that and decided on a tenders combo. They were out of many sides, so I chose the okra. The first tender that I are was dried out and it was a spicy chicken tender! The worker gave me a ample amount of okra which I had to wait for. I didn't mind waiting for the fresh order. And because they were out of so many menu items. But I really don't care for the spicy chicken. And certainly not the dried up kind!
