The Facility Mgr. "Forrest" made this moving process simple and quick. A far stretch from the almost certain nightmare/time consuming expectation we had . Forrest was thorough and enthusiastic. The Facility is clean and gives off a friendly atmosphere. Thank you again sir for you're help and we would fully recommend you're facility to others who are taking on the unpleasant task of moving or relocating items of personal value

First in-person visit. Forest, who works at the front desk was polite, professional, kind, and helpful. He wasn’t a pushy salesman, but genuinely helpful. He was knowledgeable and easy going. The hallways are wider than many more expensive storage places. The floors and doors were all clean and well kept. When I commented on this, Forested said he cleans them himself. Prior to arriving here, the women who worked to set me up online where also professional, easy going, and personable. Based solely on these experiences, I’d definitely recommend looking into them! They’re also much less expensive the other places. 5 ⭐️‘s

I didn’t catch the guys name that assisted me today but he was amazing! He answered all my questions and worked with me as well when I had some issues. Phenomenal work you guys. I appreciate the time and effort they’ve put in.

Forest is so helpful when ever I don't understand something 😃 Great customer service and friendly people there 😃 not a fan of how the prices have gone up but everything is going up so I understand. I would definitely recommend this storage place to anyone looking for a storage. 😃😃😃
