They raise your rent every 6 months. They reward new renters and punish people that has been with them. If you rent a new unit you will pay less than I do for the same unit.

We have been using this storage place for almost a year and need to move our stuff out before we get charged again. We drove an hour and no carts or people. The bay had 3 cars, but no one around for 25 minutes. Chelsea in the office told me if we didn't get our stuff out on time we would be charged. Yet she won't let me reserve a cart and there are none to use. Why come there if no carts. Terrible service. Cubesmart does not care about your stuff. They don't have carts or anyway to move your things.

Thid was a very helpful location. The gates always worked the units are good size and the employees were extremely helpful. There were a couple times I struggled to get a hold of someone in the office but whenever they were in they made sure to help me with everything I needed. I do feel like they went beyond that and contacted me once the unit was closed to make sure I was aware of the units status etc. I was really appreciative.

My unit was robbed. No video available. No cooperation with the police. No help from Cubesmart to even turn in an insurance claim. Zero customer service, availability or concern for the customer. There are too many choices in this industry to choose them again.
