Amazon sent a package and the mailman put a notice in my mailbox that I was not at home without trying to deliver / knocking on my door. I work from home and I am in the room with the exit door so by no means I could have not hear if there would have been a knock on the door. Last time I just did not get the package at all. Stolen. This time it has a tracking number. this is on 15001 Condon Ave, Lawndale

Did not honor scheduled passport appointment time, had us waiting for over 1 hour and she who was the only one that handles passport services continue to help others with parcel needs even though they came in after. There was already another postal worker helping with parcel needs so why not work on the passports??? Go to another postal office for your passport services

Not that the USPS cares about customer reviews but dear God this is the worst one I've ever been to. There's no parking. There's no place to drop off packages. I had a package fully ready to go, paid for and everything and it still took me 45 minutes.

sadly this post office has a rude employee/manager not willing to assist in any services, Watched two people with scheduled passport services turned down even when they were waiting in a long line and told them they have to come back later. They also had attitude with me simply for asking for a clear envelope and nothing else just to put my prepaid postage in for drop off as they don't bother to stock the self service kiosk and I had to organize the drop off as it was overfilled just to place my package in. Remember the American people are customers too and even if the environment is busy as it always is when being a postal worker that doesn't excuse you from having a poor attitude and treating people poorly for a government service.
