From the moment I stepped on the lot I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The secretary ( Kari) talked with me as if she’d known me for years until a salesman was available. LAST WEEK I PURCHASED A 2011 Arcadia and my experience was easy and a pleasure ..After my purchase a week went by and my ac was not cold ..so I called and they sent me to the mechanic and he refilled my Freon ..Great Customer service and easy to deal with ..not to mention the car was spotless and you can see they value the car and the customer ..Mike and Shawn ..,they were great ..!! P.S . This is the only review I have ever left ….impressed so was I ..Joe Marchese .,Thanks Guys !!
