Food was bomb and God bless the staff they put me up on a new secret wing flavor that was lemon and hot sauce- smackin'!!smacking!!! They had a name for it but I forgot lol:)

Ordered our food At 10:50. It said our food would be ready within 16-20 minutes. We arrive at 11:10 and we are the onto customers waiting for food. The lady in the front was on her phone and then turns around to ask about our order. They barely started our order. It was bad to the point we waited an additional 30 minutes for our food. Never again

The food is okay but the service was horrible. I came in and the people at the counter were just continuing a conversation before they even acknowledged me. Then when they finally do, i was told my order wasnt ready so I waited. After a few minutes I noticed someone from the back brought over an order. The workers continued talking for at least another 10 minutes until I came up and asked if that bag was my order. They said yeah and finally checked me out after just standing there knowing my order was ready and that I was waiting. Such rude and horrible customer service I would not go back due to how they treat people.

Can I give less than 1 star?! Where do I start?? Ordered online, 45 minutes before I wanted to pick up food. Arrived 5 minutes early. Food was already bagged to go. Problem is though, the food was cold. I requested fresh fries. I was not going to wait 40 minutes for fresh wings. After 15 minutes of waiting, went back to counter. Asked if they had fries ready yet, and was handed cool fries, again. Staff was unfriendly, unapologetic, had no sense of urgency, and best of all started mocking a customer with a baby when he went to the counter and asked staff to cancel order. Customer walked out, and the staff began snickering to each other. Had another customer at table next to us who had been waiting an hour for 10 wings!! Horrible experience all around! I will not return, and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this location.
