Employees don't answer the phone even when no customers are inside. Inventory for parts don't exist in the actual store when they show stocked online. Hence the need to call to confirm before driving if anyone wod answer.

The first visit.was amazing, due to the fact that the employee who helped me was amazing. I can't remember his name, but he's a younger guy with dark hair and an orange car like mine...:) The second time, all of the employees were helping one person, and the rest of us were out of luck..

I keep asking the female employee what type of oil I need for my car. she gave me nothing but attitude the whole time. I asked if she could look it up on the computer she refused. I asked would the type of oil work for my car and she was really just rude. She needs customer service skill. I'll choose o Reilly next Door. At least there nicer and actually there to assist.
