It is refreshing to see him back at 16823 N. 43rd Ave. He brings experience and care for the customers and AutoZone lacks that in a lot of their stores lately! Let me tell you!!!! Aarron (i think his name was) was extremely helpful when we crashed and problems with our tires on our electric scooters. It was late at night, they were almost going to close, and he still had a great attitude with the will to help! He lent me his tools and helped get his hands dirty! I told him I will make a review on his awesome work ethic so the world and his boss finds this review. (Please make sure this review gets to him, I hope I remembered his name right. I had my battery charged and when I can't back to get it out can in my vehicle a poor worker simply said it was bad and made it obvious he didn't want to put it back into the vehicle. I seen another employee and got his attention instead, Will R., and he went above and beyond for me. He put battery in, checked things under the hood, and in conclusion I had to get a new battery and alternator replacement. He contacted a place that replaces specific parts inside an alternator for me, saving me a ton vs buying a completely new one at $800. He explained things very well and guided me through it all from the battery, alternator and various tips to help me with maintenance. Will R. Is a very helpful employee and I would recommend coming to this location for him alone, as the other employees seemed to not like being there. I decided to get a membership and to come here for any future purchases. This rating is for the employee by the name Will R. and not AutoZone itself, or it's other employees.
