If I can give this place a 0 I would.. will never come to this location. First off I was there with my family trying to have a good time. First the cashier was a young guy which looked not all there but then decided to flirt with my teenage daughter which was disgusting. We then proceeded to play and had a great time. When it was time to pay the bill and go is where we had our most unpleasant experience. We waiting about 20 minutes to get cashed out.. the new employee young lady was really nice but she didn't know how to bill us and had to ask the first cashier for help. He kept ignoring her we tried to help her by hollering to catching his attention but didn't help and when finally a manager came out he looked like he was already overwhelmed, upset and irritated. We kept trying to catch the Managers attention then finally all rude and with an attitude he said what can I help you with. We told him we're trying to get cashed out and leave been waiting for 20 min given the fact my kids were watching everything. He just said ok but did not apologize and of course by that time we were upset and irritated. When we were leaving right before exciting the doors I noticed the manager power walked charging at us. When I turned around he was right behind me and I put up my forearm as he was pushing me he said my family needed to leave and we weren't welcomed back. I told the manager he needed to get back as we were literally out the door. My kids were in shock and very scared for a child it will scar them for the rest of their lives. Never in our lives we've been treated with such disrespect nor been kicked out of a place. This place is horrible.

Went bowling here last weekend for a family member's birthday party on 5/21. Had sooo much fun! Food was delicious & service was excellent!

We had a birthday event and it turned out really good. The managers were awesome they treated us very well made sure we had everything we needed until the end of our birthday event. We were 17 in the party and they were able to keep up with all of us. I would highly recommend Bowlero. Thanks Bowlero! We will be planing another birthday event.

Great bowling alley but false advertising on Friday night bowling. If policies have changed please change them on the site so everything is up to date
