The overall shopping experience is generally hurried, clean, stressful, and lost. The store is massive! It has the potential to be one-step shopping. I'm sure it has everything you're looking for, if you can find it. Unfortunately, because the store is so big, you have walk the full length of the store twice or weave through every aisle to make sure you're finding what you need. The organization is a little every where. For example, the yogurt isn't with dairy. Because of the strange layout, the store doesn't have a good flow and you end up running into awkward shopper cross section frequently. You know the kind where there is at least one person coming from each direction and you almost feel like people need to signal so there are no collisions. 😅 It's a very clean store, so that's a plus. The employees are range from neutral to a little hostile from all my experiences going there. They rush around the store quite a bit when restocking and usually don't look very happy.

Joshua in furniture was such a blessing went above standard. He measured and let me know the measurmemts of table chairs had a pleasant personality and old time manners that make it enjoyable to shop and ask questions. Thank you, the store needs more of this type.

Maria in the clothing department is by far the best employee Smiths has! I was checking out and we were having a small conversation about some things we had in common. This was the first time I have met her and it felt like I knew her for years. She was so kind to me and very caring. I can tell she cares a lot about people and she loves to make people smile. Thank you Maria for making my day!

This is a great store! The prices are great, and the sales are better. The store is enormous, but super well organized and very clean. They require masks (as of July 28), but so does everyone else. They have a deli with quality meats and cheeses, a seafood dept, floral, pharmacy, a Fred Meyer Jewelry store, and a large clothing department... It is about ⅓ of the whole store. I shopped the clothing and found great deals on shoes and hats. The sales are great, like 40-60% off. I don't like that you have to get an online account to use some of the "digital coupons", but most sales don't require it. Starbucks inside, and the best looking ice cream around. More like artwork than ice cream.

I suggest you call the store.
Yes
They have a deli where you can make food orders. So you may be able to make a Thanksgiving order.
