We ordered food right when we got there, then 40 minutes later we get our food but it’s cold. I will always love these waffle fries though. Actual bowling alley isn’t too bad at this one either.

This kid was extremely rude and disrespectful when we arrived. He would not listen or understand what we were asking for about a special we inquired of over the phone. He talked over us and interrupted rudely everything we had to say. We called earlier about a $35 special to make sure it was active. In the end, this kid literally said "Get out of here!" I asked for manager and he said he is the manager. I asked for the owner and he said the owner doesn't want to hear from you. I asked for the owners phone number and email and he said he will not answer your phone call or email. He continued to belittle my family and told us to get out of there. We are Polynesian and I have never felt discriminated as much as I did today from this kid who felt he was above us. Stay away from this place! Management needs to train these teenagers on better customer service!

We had a large group with 3 lanes and they would not let us pay or get shoes 15 minutes early. It would have been nice so we could be ready. Other than that awesome place to bowl. We all had a great time.

It fun once we got bowl. There was a bunch of high school kids working there that were more concerned about socializing instead of helping customers. So definitely a failure on the management/ owners part on hiring such garbage employees. But once we bowled and hit the arcade it was fun. Just needs better help.
