This round of maintenance request was better than the last, in that someone actually showed up. There was no notice. A mess was left in the home and my dishwasher is still not drying my dishes. Thanks

The whole team at Cresthaven in Lehi has been so helpful and patient throughout the moving process. They are clearly dedicated to making things better all the time for residents, and I super appreciate all of their help. Loving living here!

Lived here a year. Really loved the open floor plan/layout of the 1 bedroom apartment. Plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen and a huge walk in closet that fit some big bins of camping/backpacking materials. Good neighborhoods to walk your dog around and plenty of parks up and down the road. We were pretty low-key residents so we never had any issues with management or maintenance. Main downsides were that we lived right above the garage and we could always hear and feel when the doors were opening and closing. If you're a light sleeper, I'd suggest either living on the top floor or basement floor with no garage under you. Another down side was that there are some pretty hefty and mandatory cleaning fees upon move out. We cleaned the apartment weekly, we were careful with not putting holes in the walls, and had minimal to NO damage after living a year but we still only got about $150/$500. I wish we could have lived in Cresthaven longer but we had to move for work reasons. Good, clean, friendly apartment.

I lived here for 2.5 years. I mostly loved it but for the price point I can’t give more than 3 stars. it wasn’t a perfect experience. It’s definitely not free of noise if the people living below you aren’t careful with doors, etc, etc, etc. should be quieter at this price point. Also, they have no interest in being flexible or helping you out if you are in a tuff situation financially or otherwise. If you throw money at them they are fantastic, kind and extremely helpful. Their move in charges are dishonest. Most of the 1000+ charges are needless and take advantage of the tenant. You only get 200 back if you clean everything really well and leave 0 damage. They are not focused on the tenants best interest when it comes to money. Example, they did a massive project to repaint the outside of the buildings when it was not needed. They absolutely have the funds to reduce fees, be flexible at times, and do minor repairs and cleaning at their own cost after moving out. I was able to professionally install nice new carpet in two of my parents large bedrooms for less than one month of rent at this place. They don’t have to charge as much as they do. It’s gross. But if you’re loaded and you can get a top level apartment with respectful people below who don’t pound around and have crazy kids than it’s an absolutely amazing place to live. (FYI, I’m abnormally sensitive to sound). It’s places like these that perpetuate inequality. We all deserve a decent place to live at reasonable cost. this was not that.
