I don’t know what it is about this drive through but I’ve never had to wait so long ever in my life. On multiple occasions here. I completely get it if you are under staffed but a warning for people stuck in the drive through for 25+ minutes!

Once in a while, a Taco Bell leaves a lasting impact upon society. I want to find a Taco Bell like that someday. There was a Cantina Taco Bell in San Francisco but it was closed for Covid. Thank goodness they were, otherwise I'd have gotten the squirts AND covid. But as for this location, it didn't really leave an impact on me, but I went there to feed my pregnant wife and when I was in line I realized it was Easter. The food bought me at least 30 minutes of peace and quiet, so thanks employees for working on Easter.

Wow. We visit this Taco Bell pretty regular and the custom service has gone way down hill. The guy who is the regular drive thru guy used to be super nice and friendly is has been rude and unfriendly the last several months and gets worse each time. Tonight we I put in our order he told me it was his 3rd day working and he didn't know where the button was for the combo meal I ordered. I was very polite and know most places are short handed and asked if anyone was around to show him and he said no they only had 2 workers. So I ordered the items in the combo individually. When I got to the window he wouldn't even look at me , just quickly shoved things out the window. I looked at the receipt later to look at the survey information and noticed that he was using someone else's name as the cashier ( a female worker) maybe to avoid the bad reviews going in his name? The management or owner needs to either try their best to get more employees or maybe cut down on their hours being open like some other places to help their employees from being burned out and ride or chat with their employees about not being rude and lazy or they will continue losing business. Like some of the other people who have done reviews I will be driving further to another Taco Bell the next time I decide to eat it . Or this will just help me cut down on eating out all together.

I have in the past had issues with this Taco Bell. WOW!!! what a change...last 3 times orders correct, done quick, pleasant employees. Great job, there is a tall guy, very jokes and is happy to serve. tgere is a gal at the register, very pleasant takes orders, makes sure it right. Big smile, glasses...she is the best!! i got my 8 burritos and crispy tacos asap with a smile, i do get confused on the number that is before 8 but they fixed it for me. Thanks!!!!

Judging on how long it takes them in the morning to make your food, it probably takes them over an hour to open the store, hence why they open at 8am 😆😆😆
