Judging on how long it takes them in the morning to make your food, it probably takes them over an hour to open the store, hence why they open at 8am 😆😆😆
Yeah it kinda does take awhile to open the store some of the workers are there at like six the only reason i know this is because i work there
Neither of these answers are true. Management changed about a year ago and all but a few people walked out because she was a terrible restaurant manager. The biggest problem is there were so few shift managers that sometimes they would have to work from open to close day after day. They shortened the hours by 1 in the morning and 1 at night "temporarily" until they hired enough crew to run the store without killing the shift managers. The situation never got better, and so the times haven't changed. If you want fast and excellent service go to the Saratoga springs location. They're super busy but very well trained.
