Ok .. this place seems closed because their is an office space next to it that is empty . However it is open.

Staff don’t change gloves between patients! I can see the gloves are obviously solid with some kind of stain. I have to ask her to change gloves to draw my blood. I’m shocked and disappointed ☹️ They wear the same gloves in the front and the back. The lady who drew my blood claimed that alcohol can do the work, and it’s waste of time to change gloves after every patient. I don’t know how much time you can save not changing gloves. I waited more than one hour to be called inside.

The staff there speak Chinese and most of the patients are Chinese. I hope not but it seems the staff's got that public employee's mentality of doing their customers a big favor by doing their job and get paid. They showed you a poker face and let you feel they wanted you to get out of there as soon as possible. And, the lab was not clean and kind of filthy. Unfortunately they are the only place I could get blood test done 'cause they are my medical insurance company's only contractor for lab work. Really hope the insurance company will choose a better lab.

I genuinely feel the ladies who work over there don't want to work there at all especially the lady who draws the blood. I came in at a not busy noon on a weekday and there are not a lot of patients, but she still gave me the attitude. It looked to me that she just wanted to relax and not do her job at all when she should be working. I would avoid this location if possible. Good thing is that there are not lot of patients so I get mine done in 10 mins.
