You may want to try @RedBankMarina. Hoover Sailing Club only has privately owned sailboats
Hoover Sailing Club's adult classes are a great way to get on the water and practice some racing and sailing fundamentals. For $200 you'll get on the water up to 6 times and get to try out the club too. It's definitely the cheapest way to get onto the water. As far as I know, the closest place to rent a sailboat and take it cruising is in Huron/Sandusky. Charters typically run $700+/day and don't rent boats smaller than 30ft. Check out North Coast Sailboat Charters or Harbor North.
