1st time ever in a Starbucks and 1st time having their products. I asked for a cold non-caffeine drink and was told they only have one. It was a really good one but I thought it was strange they only had one on their menu. I also had a piece of Lemon Cake that was fabulous. The employees were very friendly and helpful to this 1st time customer. The facility was clean. I will return.

Today my car was almost hit by a person coming in the wrong way. When I complained at the window I was treated like the bad person because she was white and I am black. This was the worst customer services I ever received at this location. Sad it used to be my favorite spot. Also received very Sarcastic stickers on my drinks. I'm sure she did not tell the truth and they didn't listen to mine. Also the young man at the window was Extremely rude. Tall blonde hair with glasses probably hates black people.

$7 on a coffee and the oatmilk is chunky and separated and it tastes HORRIBLE. Don't come to this location.

This location forgets to put the flavor syrup in my latte every other time I go. Usually no problems with any other Starbucks but today is the 3rd or 4th time in the last couple months I’ve had this happen. I’ve never been to another location where they forget to add the entirety of the flavor to my drink. Also, the other people who are saying the wait time for a mobile order is crazy are telling the truth. I usually put in my order and wait 10 mins to even leave to pick it up.

They are very strict with the safety and sanitation of the store to protect customers and employees. Wear a mask when you walk in. Wear it properly. Don't be Karen. Fastest and most easy way is it use mobile ordering via the Starbucks app. Place your order about 5 to 10 min before you get to the store, walk in and it's waiting on you. Super efficient, quick, and easy.

I saw that too and the one at Bell and 83rd was shut down on Sunday. I don't know why unless someone came down with Covid.
