Enterprise Car Rental in Peoria Arizona was awesome, did need to wait for van to be washed at check out. Rental caught a rock breaking the windshield, 800 number sent us to rental facility in Pasadena California where the rude manager told us we needed to pay $200 damage fee and have a claim number before she would even talk to us about switching vehicles. We found another facility in Alhambra California where the manager put us in a 8 passenger vehicle it took 4 hours for them to clean it switch it out and this manager charged is $500 on a credit card for damage. This was with nine other large-capacity vehicles already sitting on the lot. The 800 number escalation team did nothing for Enterprise. They will never get my business again.

You would have to go in to the facility and the second driver would have to have a credit card are bank debit card and present it also they would look at the car they make sure there's no damage already.
That friends in the size of the car you want to rent. They rent from small economy cars all the way to to large SUV's
