I have been coming to Arlica for years the one time I tried to go and see another stylist she ruined my hair and I called Arlica to fix it she fit me in same day even though she’s booked out 5-6 weeks! Arlica definitely takes pride in her work and makes me feel like a million bucks I highly recommend her and her staff!!

Sorry, I really wanted this place to be the place we come and recommended to people, but I cannot and will not ever recommend or be back to this place. My daughter had an appointment for 10:30am and were there @ 10:15 to be told Chris was running late. We waited until 11:00 and left. Chris made sure to talk on the phone next to us and let us know he had plans to go home as soon as he was finished with his current appointment. This annoyed me, because I don't play like that This is the third or fourth time that we have waited past our scheduled time including within 15 minutes for Chris to even make it to a closed Beauty Bar. If you cannot manage a schedule, then you need to space them out farther. Once an hour or hour and a half. This is the biggest pet peeve of mine. My time is not to be taken for granted just as I would NEVER think that about any of your stylists time, hence the reason for being there ahead of schedule. I really hope Arlica gets these stylists under control or run the risk of ruining her reputation more and more. Sorry but I would not waste my time with this place if you are considering coming here.
