Most claims are wrought with obstacles and the average person’s lack of experience can delay the process and possibly cost tens of thousands of dollars.
Your insurance company will send out its own adjuster to protect its own interests. The burden of preparing, filing and documenting your claim is on you, not the insurance company. The insurance company adjuster will analyze your claim based on the best interests of his/her employer, the insurance company. Biller Associates staff of experienced adjusters, on the other hand, will relieve you of the tremendous burden of preparing, filing and documenting your claim. We will assess your coverage and establish your claim based on your interests.
Yes, neither your insurance company nor Biller Associates will dictate what contractor you should use. You are feee to choose any contractor you want. Of course, we can offer informed advice.
A member of the Biller Team will be onsite to inspect and document the damages, and then we will do everything necessary to make sure you receive the maximum benefit your policy has to offer. We will also calculate and compile your business interruption/additional living expense/loss of use claim.
We will assist you with every phase of your claim, including but not limited to securing your property, coordinating the damage mitigation efforts, evaluating your insurance coverage, preparing and submitting all of the necessary damage repair estimates, contents inventories and business interruption/addition living expense/loss of use claims. We will keep you informed of progress and help you file all of the necessary paperwork and proofs of loss. We will negotiate on your behalf to achieve a maximum settlement of your claim.

A public insurance adjuster is an authority on loss adjustments that you can retain to assist you in preparing, filing and adjusting your insurance claims. Public insurance adjusters represent you, the insured, not the insurance company.
Right away! We work exclusively for you – the policyholder – not the insurance company! Don’t wait and risk making a mistake, the burden of protecting your property, mitigating and preserving the damages and preparing and submitting your claim is the responsibility of the Adjuster, not your insurance company’s.
