Low ethics with employees desperate for work. Therefore, the entire work culture became not important. The management is long enough there not to care about anyone or anything, waiting for their retirement. The quality SOPs are a jokes where individuals are making calls, however they feel that day. I am surprised that FDA is not catching deviations made in this company. HR has no influence and closes their eyes and ears all the time. The agency on-site has no experience, can’t find new hires, and it seems like entire ops is going down the hill… Well deserved.

The place is filthy and disgusting. No one listens to you when you speak up even though there are signs everywhere begging you to. Some workers don't even wash their hands! No ones cares! The place is a mad house.
