If I were to rate this business based on the medical care, I’d give it a one star but the office staff- ladies at the front desk and aides- were so sweet and kind. They were personable and helpful. The nurse practitioner that I saw, however, was rude and disrespectful. I was in a lot of pain and she discounted me in every way. This woman interrupted me when I was speaking and I vowed to never step foot in this place again. She also questioned my symptoms and she acted as if I was lying just so I could get medication (which would have just been a short round of antibiotics). The worst bedside manner I’ve seen.

I came in and there was only one person ahead of me. I waited awhile and then got let into a room. Where the doctor stood outside the room talking with a colleague on non-work related material for 10 minutes. When the doctor came in I got lectured on how qtips caused my strep throat and how they cause cancer. The actual examination wasn't thorough and I felt like I wasn't listened too. When I left their computer system was down so they will have to send my bill which will be an additional charge. There was an issue with my prescription so I called later and they said I wasn't seen there and gave me the run around. Needless to say I would not go there ever! And as a nurse I'm appalled at how this was handled.

Dr. Nay should not be practicing medicine! Refused me service and called the police on me for literally only wanting to get a strep test done and not a covid test. I am an AA middle aged Male and she called the police on me for getting nasty with me and telling me she will not see me for not wanting a covid test done. What a shame and disgrace to the medical professionals!! She needs to be removed!

I went today for a COVID test, because my at home test came back positive and I wanted a second opinion because at home tests are sometimes inaccurate. The woman at the front desk REFUSED to service me because “at home tests are 100% accurate”. Which is false, because I’ve had multiple instances where the at home test was positive and the PCR/rapid was negative. I didn’t think it was possible to refuse someone a service, but safe to say I will not be coming here again!

Online or you can call and they will print them out. The online isn't working 🤦🏾♀️ I have been trying all day yesterday and got nothing.
Yes. Make an appointment. They get you in and out quickly, then you come back in 30 mins for results.
I paid nothing out of pocket. My health insurance covered it.
No you do not you have to go there & a sign up sheet you need to get there very early in the morning is sometimes it could be a 7-hour wait once you sign the sheet they'll text you when it's 15 minutes before your time and then you can do what you need to do during the day
I would call them and check
I don't know I have state worker insurance but it should be the same as going to your regular dr.
