Went there 53 minutes before closing in tears and the staff told me they were done taking patients for the day. They said if they took me then they would have to take the next few people that walked in. There was an empty waiting room and three employees sitting at the desk doing nothing. Very upset.

On hold for 15 min, got thru to someone who hung up. So I went in person, they told me I was better off going to ER. So I went to Yale they told me this place was stupid, I agree.

Yes they have changed it to appointment only.
You have to get there very early, and the wait will only be 2-3 hours. I got there at 11am and they said the wait would be 8 hours!!!
