We bought Boba to petSmart for a vet appointment. Check in was easy and the staff was quick and friendly. I did not love the groomers. They said my dog was "pully" so they couldn't fully dry him. It's not a huge deal, but I paid good money for a job to be fully done.

Excellent job grooming our puppy. Decent inventory on all things for dogs. Tropical fish selection is average at best.

They do not know how to handle large playful dogs, tried saying my dog was aggresive and he would need to be sedated next time and hes literally the most loving dog you can find and im not just saying that. And they couldnt finish but charged full pice and a specail handling fee which i wasnt told about. They cut his hair down to his skin when i picked a 5 blade. mind you they canceled my appointment that i originally had last minute and had to wait another week.

Had a 7am appointment. There was an accident on the parkway. I called 5x and each time it told me store was closed. Arrived at 7:30. They wouldn’t take my dog and insisted that a call center should of routed the call. I never got a call center. Will not do business again w PetSmart for grooming. Always some kind of issue. You get what you pay for - back to a real groomer for us. Thanks for nothing.
