I’ll never ever use this location for anything. Never, ever, whichever is longer. I had 3 mannequin heads in a file box. I went to check it in and after scanning it said they do not accept these boxes. But she can pack it for me for $12+ or sell me a better box for $8. The mannequin heads sold for $19… They do not accept these due to the hand hold holes on the side. Like a head is going to roll out. She could have put a small piece of tape on it but the manager had to walk over and deny me Again. I ship a load of stuff every week. I’ll pay more when needed for UPS. Never, ever…….

Bad customer service and rude manager. Make no mistake about going to this store. There are unprofessional staff here. It is better that you go to UPS store.
