Renee L Rubio CNM denied care for me today because i was late 10 minutes and her reason was she moved onto another patient. That is so BS because when I am late into other kaiser location they would still accept me! I wasted my gas and time going there. Not everybody is in a good situation to be always on time. She is not a good nurse herself. She thinks about her time is important and not thinking for her patients. Very stupid move. You’re not an advocate you’re a selfish B nurse! Why do you even call yourself a nurse if you don’t treat your patients? When Diamond bar location is only having 3 patients coming versus other location to 10 plus more patients .

I have a horrible experience with the lab at Kaiser Diamond Bar location. I had a blood test and got poked 4 times last Thursday. No one has informed me with the result so I followed up with my doctor one week later. It turned out that my blood sample is clotted and invalid that I have to go back and get poked 4 time again. Did those lab staff just have my blood sample sitting on the table for days doing nothing till it’s clotted??!! Don’t mention that I got very bad bruise last month when I got blood draw from the same lab at Diamond Bar. Those lab staff in Diamond Bar don’t deserve to be called care provider. They are incompetent and should be fired. If you have Kaiser and have the option to go to a different lab location please do!

Dr. Tricia de la Cruz is one of the best psychiatrists there is. I had postpartum depression and meeting with her was always comforting, I moved to Torrance, CA but would still drive out to Diamond Bar to meet with her. She is very kind and I would definitely recommend her. The staff in the psychiatry department was also very kind/ friendly and they never made you wait too long. I loved coming to this Kaiser location.

Went for my prenatal doctor visit and loved the experience. Checked in a couple minutes before my appointment, they called me in on time and saw the doctor in a timely manner. Didn’t have to wait 30+ minutes in the waiting room only to have to wait 30+ minutes in the patient room like I used to at my previous doctors office. All the doctors, nurses, and staff that I encountered were super friendly and professional. Glad to be back with Kaiser

Kaiser is open because Veterans Day is not a legal holiday for the the hospital

Your level of English is not a problem. When you call the appointment center, you can always ask to have your primary doctor be someone who speaks Mandarin.
