I love this car/truck wash but, this time most of the spray bottles were gone and the vacuum did not work. You guys are better than that easy fix!

Does the job, price is fair and is convenient. Appreciate the sprays and towels. But, this place can get crazy crowded and stop up traffic quickly. The vacumms are not consistently good, Quick Quack was better. I do have some paint chipping on my vehicle since going here, but it's a second paint job anyway so I can't really blame the wash. Any wash will potentially scratch up your car.

I'm conflicted regarding this business. We are on a monthly plan for three vehicles. It seems to be a fairly good value; however, the lines to use the car wash are extremely long. The line frequently blocks traffic trying to get to Smiths and other businesses. They have two entrance lines. If you happen to pick the wrong one, and someone ahead, at one of the kiosks is trying to pay with credit card or cash, you will wait a long time while the other line keeps moving. It's somewhat frustrating. They don't have enough vacuum/ cleaning stations after the car wash. There is no way to wait until one comes open. My vehicle is always left with soap and water on the back, sometimes without a way to wipe it off and clean the rest of the car. At the same time, it's in a very convenient location to my house and they provide a lot of washing services for the price. I haven't canceled my membership yet, but it usually crosses my mind nearly every time I attempt to use it. It says unlimited washes; however, that's not accurate. If it rains after going through, you will need to pay at least $10 to try and wash your vehicle after that, in that same day. The response saying to press the help button isn't entirely accurate as I did ask for help and was told they don't allow 2nd washes in the same day. I was forced to pay $10 extra as there was no way to get out of the line. It sounds like there may be a process or training issue, since management appears to be saying one thing and the employees something else.

I really like this car wash in my area that I always stop at when I'm doing my shopping at the nearby smiths marketplace. I like that it is a drive through, stay in your car wash that does a great job (recommend buying the best package for the cleanest. My very back doesn't get completely clean on lower packages but I get my car very dirty as well.) They offer FREE VACUUM and micro fiber towels as well as glass cleaner and interior car cleaner. This is what sets them apart for me along with a super friendly and well staffed staff.
