These people HARASS you even when you ask them to stop calling you on your due date. "They make a curtious call to everyone" this place dont even deserve a 1 star review. Junk cars, horrible customer service, manager total a****** very rude, overall like Matilda dad cars. They are a scam!

Bought a solid Explorer. Besides having to put almost 2000 in front end work (wheel bearings ball joints tie rod ends all four tires both rear wheel bearings) it's been a quality dealership they've been very good about working with us and getting things taken care of

We went in and purchased a SUV. We asked if anything was wrong with the Car. The sales person said no, nothing wrong. They just purchased the car from an auction. They then proceeded to sell us a “warranty package” incase something happens. Of course, we signed a contract stating once we paid and took it off the lot, there was nothing they could do with the car. 1 week into having the vehicle, our check Engine light comes on. We find out our 4th cylinder is misfiring. I’d hope the warranty insurance would cover but of course, it does not. We pay 1300 out of pocket for further repairs. 2 weeks later, more problems arise. One mechanic says this and “their” mechanic says it’s that. We then find out this warranty won’t cover any of the repairs(which we paid an additional amount for) (should have known) of course as we ask about our options, they throw it in our face about signing a contract. We fired back with the salesman said there was nothing wrong with it. The owner said that person should not have said that. Overall, it’s a shady business. I feel with my personal experience, they’re just a car lot buying cars for cheap and upselling for a profit. I’m sure if we return the car, they’d sue us for the rest of their money. We bought 2006 Nissan Murano. I’ve been telling everyone to avoid this place at all cost. We were desperate for a car and I’m sure that’s how they get their customers. Car is 7600. Totally not worth it as the repairs for the vehicle are costing us at least 5000.

They will repossess if you do not communicate. I have dealt with them the last 24 months and was late by more than a week and I called and explained the situation with no late fees or issues. I am going to get my SECOND vehicle from them and although their set price is high, they hold the note and are danm decent folks. Communication is key.
Just call them and ask they will tell you.
