I have bid on and won several items from the online auction, as well as visited the estate sales. I have found the online items to be well represented, and the auctions are well managed and easy to use. The estate sales are easy to navigate, and the employees are kind and informative. I have found several great deals at both, and I look forward getting more in the future.

*I have been a customer at sales, and have never used Changing Spaces to sell or move an estate.* I have purchased items from Changing Spaces both pre and during pandemic and have never had any issues. As far as online auctions go, they run theirs very smoothly. I have had questions about items online and they return with answers promptly. As far as the overtime bidding on the online auctions - I like it. I don't see why people complain about it, it is literally spelled out in the rules of how their auctions work and it has kept people from sniping me on items twice. They update their social media pretty regularly and are great with email communications when it comes to the online auctions ("You have been outbid!" notices) and upcoming sales.
