I love this company! If I happen to be out when they come the guys always say hi and are very nice to me! If I mention I need a new tote and I am calling it in they say “oh don’t worry we will get it for you” and they always show up with a new tote!! The office people are really helpful and even do automatic payments for me out of my account!!! All around they are great people and a great company!!! We would never switch to any other company!! Paragon Inc has two huge dumpsters on wheels at my place of work. May of this year, the Nebraska winds blew one of their dumpsters into my vehicle and totaled it. They refuse to take responsibility for the damages, even though the dumpsters are not locked or contained in any way. My workplace ended up wedging traffic cones underneath the dumpster to prevent them from rolling away again. Sent me a letter basically stating that it was very unlikely for one of their dumpsters to be blown by wind into my vehicle because theybare "too heavy." Paragon Inc. dumpster are hazardous and they need to get locks for their wheels!
