Probably one of the most pleasant experiences at a car dealership that I have had. Probably spent about 3 hours at the dealership with purchasing the vehicle. Larry was knowledgeable in the vehicle let me andy wife drive the car for a reasonable distance showed us the factures and didn't push us in any direction aside from ensuring that it was what we needed and wanted. They provided me the price up front and we came to an agreement. Then we went off to finance. Ron from finance did a great job explaining all the products that they carry and the benefits that they have. I ended up declining and we proceeded to sign all the documents. From there the car was cleaned and fueled and we were ready to leave. Overall satisfied with the level of service provided by the Ford of Clermont team and would definitely do business with them again.

I just came to Clermont Ford to get an Oil change and ended up with a new car!!!! I’m still in Awww with my car. Every one was so friendly. I felt like I was a part of their family. Sadly this dealer wanted to add $9,000 in top of MSRP on a brand new diesel truck price taking advantage of so called "market adjustments" and this has to stop! It is already enough mark up to be selling at MSRP and this is very unprofessional to take advantage of customers and adding unnecessary cost to the vehicles.
