Seriously, I mean, seriously. I have seen poor customer service...but, I got exactly what I expected...terrible customer service. I am not sure what it takes to get good service here. The fact is, some of the road bikes are eye candy (no more so than what I currently have on the road, or MTN for that matter). But, the arrogant for no reason tool behind the counter could not help a person with accessories??? Seriously? Heck, we were even dressed nice and driving a kinda high end car that was in the window (infers the ability to afford the items in the store). See, this is why the internet is destroying the LBS, idiots like these people who deserve to not be an LBS. I do understand that this is simply a hobby for some rich dude, not that there is anything wrong with that directly...but, my money due to his hobby and proclivities with his boyfriend who manages this place.

Bad people. I understand that this is a high end bike shop, but all bike shops should be descent enough to help a cyclist with a mechanical. While participating in the HuRaCaN 300 ultra endurance race, I broke my shift cable. Being near this shop I stopped by hoping they could just throw in a new cable. When I got there, the mechanic wasn’t there yet, no worries I can wait. Meanwhile the salesperson told me they probably don’t have anything for my bike since it is “so old”. My bike is from 2017 with mechanical shimano ultegra?! When the mechanic arrived, he took a look at my bike and then told me he didn’t have time to put in a new shift cable, which they did have. I even experience explained that I was in the middle of an ultra endurance bike packing race, still wouldn’t help me. Maybe I’m crazy and my expectations of a bike shop are too high, but I don’t think they are. When I go the cable fixed after having to quit the race, it took less than 30 minutes.

Yes, but they specialize in road bikes. They are located on a very good bike trail that runs from apopka to clermont. They are on the clermont side. There is also a good bike trail that runs from altamonte all the way to lake mary. Look up west orange trail and San Sebastian trail head for reference. Both trails will have some dirt off shoots for dirt trail riding, but I am not that familiar with anything other than the paved ones. There is not much elevation here so your rides will be different here. For an interesting ride you could also try the van fleet trail, which has basically zero elevation and will cause you to pedal constantly to maintain speed. Try winter garden wheel works in winter garden for other bike purchase options, it is also located directly on the west orange trail
I have not rented from this location, but locally on that trail 20.00 per hour is standard
