I had good experienced with them up till the last serviced. Brought my car in for guarantee issues, almost 2 weeks later, still not not finished. Found out they are extremely over booked. My car was pushed in and out of the shop several times to make room to service other cars while they diagnose the issue with the fuel tank. Express my concerns with both service advisor and service manager, but still nothing is done. Very disappointing. Will not bring my car back to this dealership again.

Took car in for the yearly service/maintenance/inspection. I was assured there would be a Diagnostic test as well and a test drive. Millage in and out was the same. Yearly inspection not done. Cost $210.00 for a car wash. And they had the car for 2 days! Service manager is not reachable and doesn't return calls. Horrible service! Beware. We will go back to the Escondido dealership from now on.
