I am waiting here more than 40 minutes and still not knowing when the staff will be back. She has left the office long time ago… nobody is here to help. Very bad Service Today Aug 9/2022 around 1:30 pm. I hope manager will figure it out that who suppose to be at the post.

Never have the car they reserve. They know they won’t have the cars you need in advanced. They should let the customer know. So we can actually Uber… or rent somewhere else. Less stressful and w/o disrespecting the customer. Me!
