I was really bummed that 2 of my son's senior pixs/poses his eyes were closed and the photographer didn't retake them. We didn't realize it until we sat down to order the pictures. There wasn't anything we could do about it and of course they would have been really great photos to have ordered. Prices are reasonable.

I was not at all satisfied with not knowing what the prices were beforehand. It's very frustrating for a parent to see at the end of the session that in order to get more than one picture I would have to pay over $700! I was going off of the price of the packaging for the school. (Which is pretty expensive too) Then to see that to get an 8x10 is $50 was ridiculous. I would have been better prepared if you would have let the parents know the range of the prices. I have my son taking a location shoot (2 locations) with a local photographer - cap and gown, casual and college apparel - plus one more outfit- 2 hour session where she will talk and laugh and play my son's favorite music to get him comfortable. I get 35 digital edited photos for $280. So I find it very frustrating that your prices during an already expensive time, is ridiculous. I was not happy with the majority of the photos. The staff is really nice though.

The worst photography studio in my life! I’ve been to many studios who hired “experienced professionals “, not a kid who has only been taking pictures for five years. The photographer did not know how to do a “sitting portrait “, hence she took pictures of me standing the entire time. To make matters worse, she wanted me to use the same table that she just had a cat laying on in the previous session. Why would I want to use a table to lean on that a cat or any other animal has begun on???? She should have two separate tables, one for “humans”and one for “animals”. I was very disappointed that I request three weeks ago to have a very experienced photographer and was told I would have ons, but apparently five years for a kid to snap pictures that I could’ve taken with my iPhone was a waste of my time and money. The photos were horrible. I only purchased a few announcements because I was desperate, but I’m not ever returning. Kirk was a nice young man and he listened to my complaint and he offered another photographer, but I do not have more time to waste with this company. Lastly, the photographer did not know how to properly lay my hood (doctorate grads), she needs formal training and life experience before I will return nor refer anyone. This is not a photography studio for experienced sophisticated individuals.
