The staff was super nice and they got my order correct but the fried zukinni tasted like the oil they fried it in was rancid. This is the best farmer boys in the area and normally they blow every other one out of the water with the taste of food. But, sadly this time around they let me down.

Was disappointed in customer service. I ordered a vanilla shake and the person who took my order never bothered to make it. I waited and nobody even looked at the screen. Finally the cook asked to the people in the front to make the shake. I saw the kid making the shake , got real messy and the kid grabbed the dirty towel that is used to clean counter and wiped the shake of the kid and cup and was gonna give it to me. I worked at a fast food before and you don’t clean drinks or anything that’s is gonna be consumed with towels that are used to clean. I told another guy in the front that I wanted another one. They did make me another but where I’m trying to get at is that if that would’ve been someone else and didn’t see it they could’ve possibly got sick. Front personal need to be trained on health and safety and customer service. I even kept the receipt for proof. I won’t eat here again

Very disappointed 😞! I had to throw away my zucchini fries to the trash because they looked like trash! And my onion rings all smashed! It's expensive there so I can get disgusting food! Never again will I be going there.

Only the drive-thru is open. Don't know more than that and the employees wear masks.

Wow, have eaten there fir years. Never had that problem. Yes, let corporate know of the problem. Be sure to let them know the date and time of your visit. Better to track who was working.
