I’ve had the pleasure of working with Spencer and Rick and they are two of the nicest people. Working with them has been nothing but a great experience. If your looking for a place around the Norwich Taftville area, there is no place better than Ponemah Mills. I highly recommend.

My wife and I have been here for a little over two years now, and one of the things we like the best is how quiet the building is. We love the amenities — and have used the community room, movie theater and gym a ton of times. Our apartment, itself, is gorgeous, and the janitorial staff works so hard to keep the place clean. And the view on the backside of the building is to die for.

it looks nice at first glance but you do NOT get what you pay for in my opinion. if i am paying premium prices for premium living i expect a lot less inconveniences. pros: new apartments, decent quality cons: thin walls don’t expect your noise complaints to be taken seriously, someone’s dog has been waking me up in the middle of the night for the past year and is still allowed to live here. among other noise complaints. nothing gets done when i complain and i have a paper trail to prove it don’t expect your maintenance requests to be taken seriously. my washing machine was leaking and when the maintenance man came (5 different times for the same issues) he told me i was wrong and it wasn’t leaking. had to run it in front of him to prove it to him. he did not apologize for gaslighting me. he finally replaced the washer with a new one on his 5th time coming for the same issue. forgot to screw in the dryer so when i did a load, the dryer fell (MAJOR HAZARD). could have fallen on me if i was in the area. they will schedule times for maintenance to come to your room and maintenance will not show up and won’t call to tell you they won’t be coming(happened 4+ times to me) happens because of poor communication between the maintenance team and property management we were told on our initial tour that the building had a giant generator so we would always have power. later found out that the generator is only for the hallway lights, not the individual apartments. useless. nice gym but disrespectful residents damage all the equipment and it never gets replaced
