I lived here for 5 years and only moved to be closer to work. The front office staff is always friendly and maintainence is quick. Very dog friendly: there are many poo bag locations and trash cans.

My fiancé and I lived at the Lakes 2019-2022. I can say nothing but wonderful things about this place. Friendliest staff in the world, and the maintenance team is outstanding. We never waited more than a day for our maintenance requests to be fulfilled. We lived in a building that was somewhat secluded so it was always quiet for us. Rent was very fair. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The maintenance agent is very disrespectful. Do not let them in your apartment while absent. He came to my apartment and completed part of the work, run my AC and left my kitchen lights on all day. He also left dirty shoe mod print in my bathtub. They dont care about you once you paid and signed the contract. 5 days after signing the lease, I still have no light in my bedroom. Toilet seat unchanged, bathtub dripping. I placed the same work order 3 time and it's still not done. They give you $5 gift card in exchange of 5stars reviews. That is a corruption.
