This place just simply does not care about the residents experience. I’ve had 3 cases of contracted work come to and around my apartment and ruining it and my own personal stuff and they never ever have cared once. You tell them about they say they will call you back but never do and when you finally show up to the office to ask in person they have no answers for you and won’t do anything about it absolutely horrible experience. Only reason it gets a two star instead of 0 is bc location and features.

This is the shadiest front office in the world. New management change has not been communicated to anyone and the effects fall on my wallet. Someone from new management needs to call me immediately and resolve this issue.

Apartments in the front are outdated, however the newer style apartments in the back. The amenities are pretty expired. Gym equipment is broken, there's a huge leak that no one seems to want to fix. The business area is hardly ever accessible to tenants. The swimming area looks nice from a distance but up close you can see the stained curtains, and dirty cabanas. When you bring things to the front offices attention (gym equipment broken, and outdated, floor boards in the bedrooms are overpainted but not replaced due to flooding) they state that they will resolve the issue and never do. This property at one point was very nice, but is starting to go downhill. PLEASE FIX

Absolutely the worst apartments I have ever lived in. If I could rate it less than one star it would be a negative 1. The staff in the office are rude. Apparently had a radon test that I had absolutely no clue about or that people were in my apartment for that reason I thought it was just an inspection. DO NOT LIVE HERE
