My husband and I have lived here two years and during our time, we’ve had multiple issues including uninterested and unmotivated management teams, incredibly loud neighbors (stomping at all hours of the day), and no air multiple times (we’re currently going on 18 days with no air). My husbands truck was also vandalized this week with a hole drilled into his fuel tank. Administration and maintenance teams do not coordinate or communicate well which only hinders the resident. This is very unfortunate since I’ve lived here twice before with no issues. We’re pretty easy going and quiet tenants who stay to ourselves. As a newly married couple, we were hoping to create positive - lasting memories here, however it’s been anything but. Grove park has negatively impacted our quality of living and we no longer feel safe living here.

We have been living here over 3 years and many maintenance issues. They have to come 3 or more times to attempt to fix the issue before they can contact an outside contractor that specialize in the ac. We have been with air several times one time almost a whole month. We have no air now and been try to contact someone and always get the answering service and maintenance never answer. This is ridiculous this is the most expensive apartment I know of that keeps issues. We pay $2100 a month .

This is a gorgeous quiet complex with great management and maintenance. The landscaping is beautiful and the apartments are laid out thoughtfully and intelligently with an open floor plan. I’ve only been here two months but I’m very satisfied so far. UPDATE: Just re-upped for a year. The original reason for only leasing 6 months was because we were waiting for Greystone Pointe but they’ve had construction delays and I’m already in love with Grove Park. Front office is very responsive and kind, there are activities for the community but I haven’t been able to catch any yet. I feel safe here and I also have no idea what’s going on in my own building let alone any of the other buildings and that’s because it’s QUIET! SAFE! CLEAN! Love it here. Another Update: no bugs. Been living here 6 months and haven’t seen even one bug in our apartment. They have a spraying schedule and it must work because honestly not even a fly!
