Crooked Hill townhomes is an amazing place to live! From the spacious homes to the wonderful maintenance services I have lived here almost two years and I'm very pleased with all aspects of this community. Regarding the maintenance team, they are extremely responsive and fix things quickly! Maintenance is always very personable and look to ensure that the job is done before they leave. If you are looking for a quiet, spacious beautiful home with staff and maintenance who are very professional, look no further than Crooked Hill Townhomes!

I was the victim of a burnout and I was moved here for 9 months...there was a lady in the office that was rude as hell, they also charged me $100 for using the fire extinguisher and not notifying them (duh) the property was not damaged. Anyway, save your money the rent is outrageous and the basement is small as f@#$. Nothing good to say about this place.

Had the worst experience with Crooked Hill Townhall moving out of the apartment. We ensured the apartment was left in an immaculate condition, however, were charged with damages in fees totalling $5k on top of our security deposit. When we requested photographic evidence to substantiate the damages, nothing was provided. The itemized breakdown categorised charges as “other” and the charges where the nature of the item was provided were substantially above market rates. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend anyone leases an apartment with this company.
