I’ve lived here for 3 years and each year my experience decreases. I used to love living here and truly thought the price was suitable for the style of apartment. But now our Rent continues to increase but they don’t offer any incentives for renewal. Other properties they manage, Woodruff offers incentives for renewal and rent increase. The pool area used to be beautiful and a great selling point. Now it’s constantly dirty, unwanted guest in the pool and the filter no longer filters out the dirt in the pool. Old tenants are being made to pay for the renovations that they are doing in the newer units but are getting nothing.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Don't waste your time. The apartments are old and have poor insulation. Group water bill! They split it up among all the tenants. More tenants your water bill is low and less tenants your bill is high. Trash on the ground everywhere, the pool is starting to rust at the bottom. No amenities not worth it. They have had several different people working in the office some good, the current lady that works in the office is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional!! Would NOT recommend!!!

Absolutely the worst place to live. Takes weeks if not months to fix anything even if it's as bad as "My ceiling is caving in because the upstairs has a leak". Constantly have issues with them not taking my payments due to there system issues. Then charge 100$ late fee. So it's it's great place to live as long as you like not getting stuff fixed in a reasonable time frame and randomly getting charged $100 for issues on there end.

I have lived here 5 years and there have been several staff changes, some good and some bad. I will say that the apartments do need some updating and where my particular building is, the parking lot floods really bad when it rains. The only other complaint I have is the "community" water bill. Melvin has responded to my needs in a timely manner and I appreciate that. I have great neighbors. Overall, I enjoy living at the Meadows.
