The new management has definitely made it a better experience very satisfied with the customer service she was awesome and get helpful when describing the units.

Used to be great. Recently, they switched to a policy that doesn't allow any personal locks to be placed on the units, if there are any present, they indicated they would cut them off. Interestingly, with this policy to be enforced, I decided to move out, and the day I go to empty my unit, there were folks outside trying to warn others that their units were broken into. On top of that, the office is now closed Fridays and Saturdays, the two busiest days of the week, and even then, there is usually no one present during their actual posted hours. Overall, just went way downhill in quality, steeply

It was super easy to rent a storage and gain access to it, the mobile app made it easy and convenient. The employees were nice, and the building was clean. if I need a storage again, they will be the first ones I will go to.

Customer service was great. The building and the units are relatively new and in great condition. Love the Digital aspect & app for building access. Satisfied in regards to security measures with the monitoring of the cameras at the front desk. Recycling bins are available on site which really helped out.!
